New Studio Fall Schedule
Come and experience classes in the new studio! Enjoy the bamboo flooring, natural lighting and dimmer lights, beautiful photos on the green walls as well as the professional props. Nordic Walking
Prayers in Motion is introducing a new class. Nordic walking (also known as Urban Poling) is a technique which uses poles, similar to the action of cross country skiing while walking. You benefit with an increased cardio workout which is gentle on your joints and strengthens your core!
