All classes are small (maximum 12) in order to ensure personal attention. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Modifications are done regularly for individuals in all classes.

YOGA
Students enjoy a relaxed atmosphere where they feel comfortable asking questions. Classes begin with a prayer, followed by yoga stretches (there are no chants or buddhas). At the end of each class, there is a time for prayer, personal reflection or goal setting.

Gentle (click for schedule & pricing)
In the Gentle classes, we focus on balance and slow movements to improve our posture and flexibility. Poses may be modified by using a chair and the wall if necessary. These classes are ideal for women with health issues or seniors.

Beginners (click for schedule & pricing)
Beginners learn the foundations of proper breathing and alignment. Props such as blocks and straps are introduced. Our focus is on learning to take care of and love ourselves in a healthy way.

Intermediate (click for schedule & pricing)
In the Intermediate classes, poses gradually become more difficult and are held longer. New poses are introduced and there is more of a flow to the sequences, providing a greater cardio workout. We reflect on how to love others.

Advanced (click for schedule & pricing)
At the Advanced level, we continue to work on challenging poses and add new postures such as bow, headstand and the splits. Students are challenged to hold individual poses longer but also do sequences faster with precision. We build on our foundation of loving ourselves and others by extending it to loving God.

Partners (click for schedule & pricing)
During Partner classes, we explore individual and partner poses. Students are encouraged to assist each other gently. Partners work together as a team, sharing common goals. One partner is required to have previous yoga/stretching experience.

Girls Only
The Girls Only class is designed for girls ages 9 - 13, to connect and be reminded to love and accept themselves. We focus on having fun while doing balance poses and increasing our flexibility. Girls explore a weekly quote together.



NORDIC WALKING
Nordic Walking is a fantastic compliment to yoga.
We use ergonomically designed Urban Poles, from Urban Poling in Vancouver.

Intro (click for schedule & pricing)
It is gentle on the joints and provides over 30% more cardio than regular walking. Nordic Walking is excellent for core strengthening to strengthen the lower back and tighten the abdominal muscles. It is suitable for all fitness levels and is an opportunity to explore nature.
